How to Book

At Pure Rain Spa, we make things easy by attaching the required forms for each appointment. At first, it might seem like a lot of information to fill out, but some of it is optional and it gets quicker the more you do it. When filling out the forms, please look for a red asterisk symbol *, marking the required sections. The rest is optional.

If you do not want to fill out the required forms for each appointment, contact Kelly Howell after browsing her calendar availability and selecting a date and time for your appointment. Kelly is always available to walk you through any scheduling assistance needed.
